Slow Cooker Oatmeal, gluten free
Waking up to healthy oatmeal feels like you have a personal chef, better yet, if someone makes your coffee too :) This fibre filled breakfast will keep you full, and adding protein from milk or nuts can help sustain your energy all morning. How great is that! We can also sneak in some healthy fats, some iron and Vit C…that’s even better! Adapted from The Yummy Life

Leftover Heaven
I often plan my meals around what will taste yummy as leftovers. I know that sounds funny, but hear me out. I looooove roasted veggies, and they’re even better warmed up the next day! Then having a lean protein leftover from last nights (healthy :-)) meal can make lunch the next day a snap. All you need to add is the veggies! Here are two of my favourite leftovers used as lunch the next day, enjoy! Roasted Veggie Wrap Taco Salad with Avocado
