Green Pina Colada Smoothie
You will soon be as addicted as I am to this fresh and unbelievably healthy breakfast smoothie. It’s loaded with Vit C, Vit K, Folate, Iron, Protein, and powerful antioxidants. This drink will keep you full and energized, so you can start your day out right!
- ¼ c fresh pineapple
- ¼ c frozen mango
- ½ c frozen banana
- 1 c fresh spinach
- ½ c coconut water
- ½ c organic vanilla yogurt
- 1 sc Vanilla Protein Powder (I prefer SISU or Greens Plus Vegan)
- ½ c Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- Blend all ingredients well, until no frozen lumps remain. My NurtiBullet works awesome for this!
